I never thought I would be able to turn down a chocolate chip cookie, in turn for a chocolate rice cake. But yes, I have slowly overcome my weakness to sweets, and am learning how to find other things that are enjoyable, and not as bad for me!
Here are a few of my favorite snacks.
Once again, I am not on an extremely strict diet, training to be the next fitness model. However, overall, I am determined to live and be healthier, not only for myself, but for my babies. My pantry is usually filled with brownie mix and peanut m&ms. Now instead of eating these things on the regular, I have substituted the snacks below, and am enjoying the journey.
This popcorn is my JAYUM. The kettle is amazing as well!
This Vanilla Almond butter is heaven in my mouth. My favorite thing is to put it on toast, or melt it and dip apples in it. OMG. Seriously the best!
Just all around a great chip to eat. Are these the healthiest things for you? No. But its better than Doritos everyday.
I used to eat these like candy. Literally I would have 3 every day! Lol! These are my sweet fix. Usually I would eat, and then have some sort of candy or cookie. Now, I will have this as a midday snack, and it hits the spot!
Rice cakes are another great sweet fix. I love the chocolate, and also the caramel ones. If Ive already eaten my luna bar for the day and need a sweet fix, Ill eat one of these!
